Portfolio Management

Three or more properties

One Portfolio. One Point of Contact. Better Oversight.

For landlords with multiple properties who want clearer reporting, coordinated maintenance and one point of contact.

Running several properties through different agents means different statements, different standards and nobody looking at the whole picture. We bring them under one manager and report on the portfolio as a single business.

Each year we sit down with you to review rents, planned works and which properties are earning their keep.

Questions

Portfolio Management questions

Can you take over tenanted properties?

Yes. Most portfolios arrive with tenants in place. We take over the deposit registration, set up rent payments to our client account and introduce the manager to each tenant.

Do you give tax advice?

No. We prepare income and expenditure records in the format accountants ask for, including quarterly figures for Making Tax Digital, but tax advice should come from a qualified accountant.

Can properties be on different services?

Yes. It is common to have some homes fully managed, one or two on guaranteed rent and a flat run as serviced accommodation. They all appear on the same statement.
