Serviced Accommodation Management

Short-stay lettings

Turn Your Property Into a Flexible Income Opportunity

We manage suitable properties as serviced accommodation, handling the day-to-day guest and property operations while keeping landlords informed.

We will tell you honestly if your property is better suited to a normal let. Location, parking, lease terms and local planning rules all matter, and not every home works.

Questions

Serviced Accommodation Management questions

Will I earn more than with a normal tenancy?

Often, but not always. Income varies by season, and you pay the bills, council tax or business rates and the wear on furnishings. We give you a twelve-month forecast beside the long-let figure so you can compare.

Do I need planning permission?

It depends on the council and the property. In London, whole homes can be let short-term for no more than 90 nights a year without permission. Leases and mortgages often restrict short lets too. We check all of this before taking a property on.

Who pays the bills?

The owner pays utilities, broadband, council tax or business rates and insurance. We can manage the accounts and deduct the costs on your statement.
