Property Maintenance

Repairs and upkeep

Repairs Done Properly. Property Protected.

From everyday repairs to larger property works, we coordinate maintenance with clear communication, agreed costs and documented completion.

Our maintenance desk looks after the homes we manage and takes work from landlords who manage their own. Jobs go to tradespeople we have used for years, who are Gas Safe or NICEIC registered where the law requires it.

Every job is logged with a before and after photograph, the invoice and the date the tenant confirmed it was fixed.

A contractor attends at a time agreed with the tenant.

Sign-off

You receive photographs and the invoice. The tenant confirms the fault is fixed.

Cost

What it costs
