Serviced apartments and houses, let by the week or month

If your team is working away, a serviced house costs less than hotel rooms and is easier to live in. You get a kitchen to cook in, a washing machine, a table to work at and a front door of your own.

We let to contractors on site work, staff relocating for a new job, families between homes and insurers placing policyholders after a claim.

What we have

Three kinds of property

Tell us where you need to be and for how long, and we will send what is available.

One-bed apartments

For one or two people. Rates on request, with lower rates for stays of a month or more.

Two and three-bed houses

For small teams or a family. Rates on request, with separate beds if you need them.

Team houses, four to six beds

For crews of up to eight. Rates on request, with driveway parking where possible.

Receive options

We reply within two working hours with addresses, photographs and a price.

Confirm

Pay by card or bank transfer. Companies with an account can pay on invoice.

Arrive

Check in yourself with a code sent on the morning of arrival.

Stays questions

What is included in the price?

Gas, electricity, water, wifi, council tax, bed linen, towels and a starter pack of tea, coffee and cleaning supplies.

Is there a minimum stay?

Three nights. Weekly and monthly rates are lower than the nightly price.

Can we extend?

Usually. Tell us as early as you can and we will hold the property, or move you to a similar one nearby if it is already booked.

Do you take a deposit?

A refundable damage deposit is held on a card and released within three days of check-out. The amount is confirmed with your quotation.

Need accommodation for a team?

Send us the dates and the postcode of the site. We will come back with options the same day.
